R. Steven Hulsey, P.E., Chief Executive Officer
 

Mr. Hulsey has extensive experience in the management and design of a variety of civil engineering projects. Joining the firm in 1986, he served for 13 years as the Director of  WHGA’s full service Loudoun County office. And today, serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Chantilly, Virginia office. His management and design activities included residential, recreational, and commercial site development. His experience encompasses all phases of design, including re-zonings, special exceptions, site design, subdivisions, floodplain studies, stormwater management, utilities, and roadways.


Mr. Hulsey also has played an active role in the community through his involvement in local business and government organizations/committees. He has served on the Loudoun County Facilities Standards Manual Public Review Committee for over 8 years, including over 5 as its chairman. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and a registered professional engineer in 9 states. Mr. Hulsey's professional affiliations include the Engineers and Surveyors Institute, Loudoun County; and he is a life member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association’s Loudoun Chapter. Mr. Hulsey is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Nevada.
