Educational Facilities Project Experience

Potomac School
Gordon provided planning, surveying, landscape design and civil engineering services in support of multi-phased expansions at The Potomac School, an 83-acre, K-12 independent coeducational day school for 875 students located in McLean, Virginia. To realize the schools vision for its evolving campus, Gordon helped develop the school’s Master Plan. In addition, we prepared a Special Exception Plan to finalize the school’s future improvements, including the performing arts center, gymnasium, natatorium, athletic fields and facilities, classrooms, access roads, and parking.
