Director of Business Development and Marketing

Gordon, a professional services firm located in Northern Virginia, is looking for a business development and marketing professional to lead our business development and marketing efforts. Gordon has a successful 35-year history with a diverse clientele and large project make-up providing both an exciting opportunity for the right individual who is looking for variety and who would enjoy being instrumental during the implementation of our corporation’s strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate must have the ability to develop new business development relationships, maintain and nurture present relationships with our clientele, and continue to develop successful teaming opportunities with our teaming partners.

The successful candidate must also have excellent oral and written language skills, a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and well organized. The candidate shall have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, previous management experience, to include corporate branding and experience with proposal preparation, including detailed responses to RFP’s, IDIQ solicitations, etc.

Gordon specializes in civil engineering, landscape architecture, land planning, site security, and surveying. Our firm has over 75 employees located in our Chantilly headquarters and Charles Town WV satellite office.
