Site program development includes a comprehensive site assessment and analysis to facilitate the development of conceptual layouts or master plans. Utilizing the principles of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), the site program can also effectively address safety and security considerations for a site and/or development through these integration strategies. The site programming process ensures that the site design elements associated with achieving a project’s sustainability goals, operational/functional needs, and security objectives (where applicable) are integrated to maximize effectiveness and reduce costs.
