Site Programming & Planning

Gordon recognizes that a successful project begins with an integrated site programming and planning approach that identifies creative and technically sound solutions to address today’s physical, environmental, and regulatory challenges.  Our multi-disciplined team leads the development of a site program early in the planning process to promote timely collaboration, identify critical considerations, and evaluate design integration opportunities that address the projects functional, operational, and sustainable objectives.

Services

Site program development includes a comprehensive site assessment and analysis to facilitate the development of conceptual layouts or master plans.  Utilizing the principles of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), the site program can also effectively address safety and security considerations for a site and/or development through these integration strategies. The site programming process ensures that the site design elements associated with achieving a project’s sustainability goals, operational/functional needs, and security objectives (where applicable) are integrated to maximize effectiveness and reduce costs. Gordon works closely with its clients to customize our site programming and planning services to address the client’s objectives in a timely manner.
