Mr. Walker, P.E., C.L.A. joined WHGA in 1984, since then he has successfully engineered and managed design efforts for some of the largest projects within the firm. A Designated Plans Examiner in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, Mr. Walker has skillfully demonstrated his ability to provide a wide range of design services including civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture. His diverse background and unique grading skills have made him an asset on numerous development projects, including golf courses, office, industrial, residential, education and cultural, parks and recreation, landscape design, and master planning.


Mr. Walker is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and his professional affiliations include the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), United States Golf Association (USGA), National Golf Foundation (NGF), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Engineers and Surveyors Institute (ESI). He also is an appointed member of the Reston Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Walker is a licensed professional engineer and certified landscape architect in the state of Virginia.
